i just installed windows on my computer and every thing is good. except the task bar is not transparent u know and the task bar and the windows color doesn’t change by changing the background but my friends version does and its the same one which is ultimate so what could be wrong

Does your computer meet the following requirements for transparency?
* GHz -bit or -bit processor
* GB of system memory
* A graphics card with support for DirectX graphics with at least MB of memory.
* The graphics card must support Pixel Shader . and the Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM).
* You must be have True Color ( bit) set instead of High Color ( bit).
* The desktop composition and Animate controls and elements inside windows options enabled in Visual Effects.
* Refresh or update your WEI score.
