I have an interview for a retail position at Best Buy and was told I should dress business casual.
I was planning to just go with a striped sweater with a dress shirt beneath it and black bootcut jeans with black chuck taylor converses. do you think this would be ok?

NO JEANS. I will NOT hire someone wearing jeans.
NO chuck taylors, wear black or brown dress shoes.
That will be perfectly ok.
Try a ceisp white shirt with black jeans. Even that will look nice
yeah jeans… not such a good idea.
