Wear a longer gold chain, some black patent heels and mayybe a very thin black patent belt around the upper part of your waist. Wear some gold earrings to match the necklace and a fitted blazer jacket with puff sleeves, left open.
It will never be THAT formal but thats probably as close as it will get:P
get a black belt and wear it like at the thinnest part of your waste get a fancy black necklace and big earrings, black leggins or tights… kinda like the ones in the picture, try charlotte ruse, and black heals, pumpss
