- Whales are often born with all their leg bones. Dormant genes are awakened. This is called an ativism. Similarly Humans are sometimes born with a tail.
Fossil record. For whales, for instance, we have a very complete record of the fossil transition from land animal to modern whale.
DNA evidence confirms everything that was predicted before we even knew about DNA. All animals are related.
All birds have hollow bones. This makes sense in light of evolution, because we know all birds are descended from the same animal, and therefore inherit many of the same characteristics. A Creator might make birds with hollow bones so they can fly better, but why would He also give hollow (and more breakable) bones to ostriches, penguins, and all other flightless birds? And if hollow bones are so great, why didn’t he give them to bats as well? Bats are mammals. It makes sense under evolution that they inherited the solid bones that all mammals have.
