What happened to the giant skeleton documentary of late?

A few years ago I watched a documentary on giants’ skeletons on the History or National Geographic. I’m pretty sure it was History and I’m pretty sure it was based on real discovery… But I can’t find anything besides some pictures(not from anything like the documentary), the recent “Wisconsin hoax”, and artwork. So what happened? Any idea anyone?

Update:

That was not my question. I’m asking only by coincidence. My question has nothing to do with the Wisconsin Hoaxes. I saw the pictures. They are fake. I was looking for a documentary on giants and couldn’t find it.

  • They were not real discoveries. The alleged photos were actually created in Photoshop as entries in a contest on a photo manipulation website for people to invent the silliest imaginary “dig site”. Here is the link to the contest rules and the faked photos that were submitted:

And here’s what National Geo and others to say about it:

I doubt you saw anything about this on the National Geographic Channel, which is pretty conscientious about not promoting hoaxes or cryptoscience. If there was anything it was likely on the History Channel which has developed some bad habits of broadcasting ludicrous tripe about “ancient aliens”, “UFOs” , “Bigfoot” and other mythological legends that no serious scientist takes seriously.

  • Some snakes CAN eat humans, but only children or really small adults. Only the two biggest snakes, the green anaconda and reticulated python, have any chance of swallowing an adult. This has been reported a couple of times with reticulated pythons, but though there are stories of anacondas eating people there is no proof that this has ever happened. If a python did decide to attack you with a view to eating you (which it most likely wouldn’t, as it would know you are too big), it would bite you and then coil around you, squeezing you until you suffocated. Once you were dead it would try to swallow you, starting with your head, but would have to spit you out when it got to your shoulders, as they’re too wide to fit in its mouth. If, by some strange reason, it did manage to swallow you down to your toes, I would think your buddy would be pretty freaked out if he walked in and saw this.
