No. The only mammals that existed at the time were small, and lived in burrows. Anything larger would have been a dino snack.
No, because the dominance of the Dinosaurs would not have permitted Mammals to evolve into anything much different from the small, Rodent-like forms that they had during the Age of Dinosaurs.
