I am looking to move and was very unhappy with my last estate agent. I have found a few that look promising, and I really like the look of this one, but does anyone have any other agency they would recommend?

You can shop around on line ,but I found a local agent in around the area you choose is the best.But insure you get the best fee, with terms and conditions, and put some of your own in there and get them to sign an agreement with you,keep all copies, and do not share with other agencies,make sure what you are doing, and of course check out the insides of all properties you see. and make notes, of downsides, and possible problems,like Landowners, Council Surveys, and Trust Legal Restrictions.
