I found a unexpected fact when I was researching gas mileage. A high percentage of vehicles are most fuel efficient in the 70 miles per gallon area. The gas mileage gets worse at 45-65 miles per hour. I am sorry I can’t convert to kilometers
I’ve found anywhere from 10-15% mileage improvement in slowing from 65 mph (about 110 kph) to 55 mph (about 90 kph). It depends to some extent on the car – high profile vehicles like SUVs and pickups have poorer aerodymanics and benefit more by slowing down.

Best efficiency in sedans and suvs and muvs are in 60 mph
