  • Lakes undergo a natural aging process by which, over thousands of years, they slowly fill up with sediment. This sediment is primarily decayed plant and animal matter and eroded soil that has washed in from the surrounding land. The sediment also contains nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorous. As the sediment builds up, the lake gets shallower, the bottom sediments become more fertile, and conditions in the lake become more favorable for aquatic plant growth.

    Thank you.

  • I think if you doing better plantation techniques you can consult the expert who involve in tomato planting.

  • Local climate in the near future.

  • Soil composition, pH, organic material. Access to water, protection from dogs, etc. Mulching. Bug picking. Staking or tying up in some manner. Air space between plants. Calcium.

  • I think you are asking for metrics on how well the plant is doing. You could measure the height of the plant, the number of leaves in a given volume, the size of the leaves, the color of the leaves, the diameter of the stalk. Use your imagination…

  • Leaf color. Number of leaves that turn yellow from disease. Number of blossoms vs amount of fruit. Size of plants. Average weight of fruit per plant.
