Mark as read is for Outlook, not Word. What is it you’re trying to accomplish?
In Outlook, that would be :
Mark as read => CTRL+Q
Mark as unread => CTRL+U
Hope this helps, by the way there is no such thing in Word.
That doesn’t exist! Mark as read is for email!
Try this:
ALT/F E F (no ALT on the nd and rd letters)
