Is the road test in Eatontown, NJ on a course?

Some people told me they take you out on to the roads to take the test. Is that true?

Plus how are the examiners there? Are they jerks or mainly nice people?

The way that I look at it is it that it really doesn’t really matter where the test is given if your ready to take it and as for them being jerks, that the wrong attitude to have !!
