There is no such thing as free Microsoft Office excep 60 day free trials. If you want it, you have to buy it.
1) You can use the online version of Office that is free which Microsoftprovides. All you need is to create a Microsoft account to log in and use it. That is here:

2) install the free generic Office called Libre Office. It will edit or create any Excel, Word, Powerpoint, or Access file. That is here:
You can only get a free trial of MS Office within 1 month while you still have to pay licensed fee after that… But there’s a free substitute which features nearly all functions available in MS Office and supports the files published by it, too. Just search for “Open Office” in Google and you will get it.
