Ok I Drank Epsom Salt with Apple Juice cause i heard it was good for you. And Im a little chubby. Anyways earlier i drank Artichoke Tea. And About 2 hours ago i drank E.S with A.J. Anyways usually when i go pee, it was yellow and now its like clear like water.. Did the Epsom Salt & apple Juice do that ? Juss Wondering… Soo anyone?? I know its a weird explanation & Everything but just ignore that fact & answer:)

Well, Epsom salts (the commercial name for magnesium sulfate) is a mineral salt. Like all mineral salts it can be a diuretic and cause you to pass significantly more water than you might otherwise. When urinating frequently it is common for the urine to run clear. It becomes mostly water eventually. The yellowish color of urine is caused by the waste products it contains. When it’s mostly water it can be nearly colorless. Epsom salt is also a laxative, so watch that you don’t develop diarrhea. Excessive urination combined with diarrhea is a surefire recipe for dehydration.
