My personal opinion, in hotter days while taking beer we felt relaxed for some time. But I think after some time you will suffer more hot due to Beer. What is your idea?

drinking when its hot or in a hot setting enhances the alcohol effect, however, it also dehydrates you more. since alcohol does the same, by the time you have drinking enough feeling good, you usually have too much in your system when you start to feel crapy. Keep some cold water and sip that while your drinking. The buzz wont fluxuate so rapidly.
Beer is no more cooling that tea or water. The alcohol dehydrates you, so drink something else.
