Dilemma, dilemma, dilemma…?

I NEED UNBIASED ANSWERS HERE. I am contemplating either purchasing a PC or MacBook Pro. What I’m trying to do with my notebook is, listed in order of importance; edit videos, casual gaming, word processing, and other multitasking with little to no lag. I’ve gotten my choice down to two contenders. For the PC it would be the Gateway P-u FX between the entry level ” MacBook Pro. I’m trying to keep by budget under $ (preferably close to $ but we all know how Apple roll!) My biggest concern is value versus instant gratification. What I mean is this. Both of them have similar specs, but the Gateway (listed in tigerdirect.com for $ firstly) has a GB graphics card aside from the GB of RAM. Plus, I wanted to try out Windows . On, the other hand, Apple is just a solid machine guaranteed for maybe longer than I’d have the Gateway with less issues, if any. The kicker is the almost $ more I’d have to fork over. I need help!!!

Did I mention that the Gateway has more ports on the side than the MacBook Pro, to include an HDMI port?!? UGH! This is hard!!!

+I’m not exactly sure what you are looking for when you say “unbiased” because choosing one over the other is being biased. Anyway, perhaps I can give you my personal experience. Gateways are very poorly constructed machines. The components they are made from are cheap, low quality and unreliable. I have yet to see a Gateway live too much longer past its warranty. Usually, the system board or LCD goes bad and replacing these two components costs as much as buying a new laptop. So take this for what it’s worth.

I’d go with the Gateway, put the $ in the bank and you are good for a year under warranty. If the Gateway craps out after a year you have a start to replace the Gateway

Think of the Lord girl, plant a picture in your mind, know that you do not need the flesh to be whole. Something is bothering you, and so you are frustrated. Figure out your frustration and ask the Lord to guide you. If you are not getting a message some how of what to do about the frustration then keep being the best Christian you can and read a Christian book on temptation. And find something else to replace the desire to do that which you have spoken about. When you have those urges then you need to find a new good habit that will replace the old one. I sincerely hope this helps you on your road to fulfilling your Novenas. GOD BLESS YOU. AND GOD LOVE YOU
