How do you get a video off the internet and put it as one of your facebook videos?

I am in a video but it only comes up as an http website and I don’t know how to save it as one of my videos or upload it to facebook.

  • You could use the embed code. Or just use the HTML codes. If you really want to make it look like your own, you could record it using Hypercam, Fraps, Camtasia, Camstudio. Anything, to record it and put it on your facebook.
