There’s this old poem, and it’s very beautiful, but I can’t seem to remember the title.
It’s about a fisherman, and he sees a beautiful woman on the shore while he’s sailing. The woman takes all of his attention, and he crashes into the rocks. ANY ideas are welcome, please share!

I’m reminded of Eliot’s “The Love Song of J Alfred Prufrock.” But that is a real stretch. Maybe google poetry about sirens??
