I am throwing a Vintage Themed Party for my friend and would like some suggestions. She is not really into the club scene.Here is my ideas so far…
Vintage Pin Up girl Invitations
All the guests can dress up like a 40s or 50s style fashion
Go out to dinner at a 50’s style diner or a nice downtown restaurant or Jazz club
Cocktails served with have something to do with famous ladies like Bettie Page or Marilyn Monroe example -a Monroetini 🙂
or something creative ( would love ideas on cute drink names)
Will play music from that era
We will make our own pin ups and take photos for party favors
Slumber party afterwards with Old movies like Grease or I love Lucy shows.
I need ideas for games, decorations, and anything else you can think of 🙂 Thanks!

Something that would be fun for decorations, party favors or snacks would be record bowls.
Just take an old record (probably can find them cheap at like Goodwill) and heat it in the oven. When it is hot take it out and press it into a bowl. When it cools it will keep the shape of a bowl. You could serve snacks in it or decorations or whatever.
Game you could do a twist on a typical bridal shower game using toilet paper where you have a group use a roll of toilet paper to create the best 50s style dress on someone using the toilet paper.
Mini Flavored Lubes? Seen em at the Sex Store. Throw in some hand-Cuffs. Bullit Vibrators are also nice and small! Organ Shaped icecubes (unfrozen of course)
