What is going on with these judges who seem to protect the criminals first?

  • I imagine the existing laws are what ties the hands of the judges.Judges must apply the law based on the existing laws not on emotion.The public can protest and petition the lawmakers to change a law or statute but it takes many years and money to change the laws.The police will arrest criminals only to have them handed minimal sentences or have their cases thrown out on technicalities.I agree overcrowding of prisons is also a factor.Parents must be vigilant in monitoring their children on the internet and know who their friends are.Unless the paedophile is labeled a dangerous offender there is little chance they will be given more severe sentencing.To intentionally expose someone to aids should be reason enough to be considered dangerous as it shows no regard for another persons life.

  • I really do not understand what these judges are talking about. OK they cannot lock the man up for good, they only apply the law, they do not make it. But to say that this man should be allowed to work with kids is beyond belief. I work with vulnerable adults and volunteer in my kid’s school from time to time. The number of checks I have to go through is constant. Why is this rule not applied to this man?

  • I would like to know if this dangerous pervert is an immigrant and if so why is he not being deported as a threat to children,in the future I dread to think poor excuse for a human will kill a child,why can these judges not put victims first,this man has proved himself a manipulator,a menace to the innocent and a professional liar,he is not an asset to any society.
