Yes absolutely ask her out, there is obviously chemistry between you two. She was probably talking to you about this other guy because she want’s to see your reaction, or make you jealous so you will show some interest. She sounds like she really likes you give it a shot and see how it goes. Who knows maybe she won’t know how right you are for her until she has you..
