Avoiding Cheaters Plan?

So I made up a plan to possibly avoid dating cheaters in the future. I know it’s kinda sound pathetic but people around me are fricken cheaters, it’s disgusting. Do you think it’s a good plan as note to self? Or lame? Any suggestions/opinions would be most appreciated.

1. Date a person who has a strong family value – meaning both his parents are together not divorced
2. Date a person who respects your family – not back stabbing or complaining how awful/weird your family is
3. Date a person who values education – earning a degree in bachelor/master/PHD
4. Date a person who respects you and your circle of friends
5. Date a person who doesn’t/rarely drinks and must not do drugs
6. Date a person who values Christianity/God
7. Date a person who loves animals

  • It’s not lame, but it’s pretty strict and limiting. Just b/c parents divorce doesn’t mean the kids are cheaters. Just b/c a person has any particular degree doesn’t mean he/she won’t cheat in relationships. And so on.

Everyone is different; not all are cheaters. It sounds like you’ve run into a bad patch of a bunch of cheaters. Maybe they think you’re sweet and a little naive (no offense), and that they can get away with cheating.

Just let new people in your life know you’re no dummy, and you won’t be taken advantage of. You don’t have to announce it. You show it in your actions by not being gullible, accepting lame excuses for things they might do that hurt you, or believing ridiculous stories when you know the truth. No one will look out for you better than you can look out for yourself. Trust your gut feelings; they’re usually always right.

    take care.
