i was following a car down the road and I seen a 4×4 parked on the side of the road so I slowed down to follow the car in front around. The car must have braked harder but I didnt see her brake lights because of the sun and I went into the back of her, doing no more than 15mph. we both pulled over and she looked at the damage, there was no damage on my car and 2 little scratches on hers. She took my insurance details, address and phone number. I was too shook up and confused that I didnt take any of her details except for her number plate. She asked if I was ok and she said she may not claim because isnt much damage but she will go home and speak to her husband. I’m really scared now as i dont know what she will do, and I dont know how I will find out if she has claimed or not.

Regardless of if she claims or not you must inform your insurance company (it will tell you that on your policy).
If she does claim you will receive a phone call from your Insurers ( it happened to me). Does not sound like she will though. Accidents happen.
