Graduate Australian nurse (Div one) wanting to work in Ireland and England?

Hello,
Im going to be graduating from university with a nursing degree (Div one) this year.
I was wondering if I could apply to work in England or Ireland with my degree? How much experience do I need before I can and if there are any extra requirements needed.
