The chances depends on the surface, wind force, and weight balance of a coin.
If the wind is blowing pretty weak and the surface is much like flat then one must
see which side of the coin has more weight, try balancing a coin on a flat surface then if the coin keeps falling on one side, say for example on the right then the right side if the coin has more weight. But if it does balance then better wish for luck.
This is just my opinion anyway, there’s a lot of possibilities.
