Pangasinan
Pangasinan is a province of the Republic of the Philippines. The provincial capital is Lingayen. Pangasinan is located on the western area of the island of Luzon along the Lingayen Gulf and South China Sea.
While the whole country posted a minimal 1.1 percent decline in poverty rate from last year, the picture was rosier in Pangasinan which attained a hefty 9.5- percent growth in its campaign to improve the people’s quality of life.
