So at my school you can choose to take a packed lunch (one that you bring yourself) or hot food and then cook it yourself in the kitchen because our school doesn’t have a cafeteria. So what are some healthy things to bring?

I have left overs from dinner the night before, salads, fruits and veggies, granola bars, crackers or yogurt. If I do not have dinner left overs, I have chicken, a wrap with turkey, light cream cheese and sometimes a cut up vegetable in there, or soup. To drink, I have all natural lemonade or skim milk because I am not a huge fan of water.
Ever googled bento? Try that. It’s kinda tedious, but I’d say worth the effort:)
