How do I get the links to the things I'm reading on to stick up near the top/tool bar using firefox?

I like to be at three or four different places at one time when surfing the net and used to just reopen the page and click on the want I want at the bottom but firefox goes on top…but I can’t figure out how to get some to go to the top…when I try or go off the page it doesn’t work.

Update:

Wow yeah thanks! I’ve been trying to figure this out for months! LOL

  • If you go to the File menu and choose “New Window” you will open a new browser window and it will be in the taskbar at the bottom of your screen. If you choose “New Tab” it will open another window but it will be at the top of your screen, below the address bar of the browser window you have open.

Here is the help page for Firefox on “Tabbed Browsing”

You might also find it helpful, if there is a link you want to open from a web page you’re on, but you don’t want to lose the page you’re on, you can right click on the link and chose “open in new tab” or “open in new window”

    Hope this helps!
