i have a video in language of hindi i want the subs in english how to add the eng subs?

  • You would need to load the video in a video editor (such as Microsoft’s Movie Maker, perhaps), then you can add captions.

    The problem with Movie Maker is that I don’t think you can load a completed video, only the components (images, sound, etc). But I’m sure there is another video editor you can use, but I think that the only free one is Movie Maker.
