Ingredients for the Basil Grande Cocktail is as follows:
30ml Gran Marnier
25 + ml Chambord
30 ml Strawberry Puree
2-3 Basil Leaves
Garnish if you please with Basil Leaf and black pepper.
A nice location on the restaurant pavilion at Festival City, You get a great view of Dubai city which I’m sure is even better at night with the lights etc. We chose to sit outside on a cabanna style table which was great with the breeze but you are forgotten by staff so giving food/drink orders is lengthy and if you need waiters attention for anything whilst eating you will wait for this. Funnily enough after eating they appeared with the bill quickly. We ordered from the small plates and thought it would be tapas style but the portions are huge so great for sharing. The food is very flavoursome, tasty and quite authentic. It definitely is one of the best Chinese/Thai restaurants visited within a mall. Prices were very reasonable given size of portion and the taste. I will recommend and return in the future.
