Am i going to have to retake my english class?

i failed this 4th 9 week with a 59.5,but i passed my 3rd 9 week with a 89.4, overall i have a 74.5(C) for the second semester am going to have to retake my english class. thats my first F ever and its bugging me.

to determine if you are gonna fail a class , you take the average of the first semester and the second semester . at my school , if its higher then an F then you are good .
