There’s lots of reasons her period can be late.
There may be many reasons. Condoms are not 1% protective in nature.
I think, Your gf was pregnant (if she had no menstruation for last two months) but you are saying that now she got periods, so it is possible that she had natural abortion. This is my guess only. Seek Medical advice.
