i don’t have problems sleeping. i keep staying up late playing on my phone, computer or watching tv etc.. If I keep staying up late i will have a seizure. i want to know the name of a book that talks about that.

how do you know you will have a seizure if you stay up too late??
Just set yourself a bed time and stick to it. If you can’t leave your phone alone you might be addicted to it. Turn it off before you go ti bed.
