Hi. I’ve daughter everything off my PC and files. I can’t go on the Internet, download an updates etc.. I’ve tried System Restore and I’ve tried ctrl F doesn’t work either. I’ve also had a a low disk space, so I went and deleted all the junk. I only have some of the mandatory installations on the PC and it still says that it’s low. Because nothing works, can I go to BestBuy and buy an update version of Windows because I have Windows Home Basic and hope that all my problems can be solved?

New window will not gonna solve your problem, you should reinstall your window after formatting your hard disk.
