am i to old to start fighting?

am i to old to learn? i just want to learn how to fight if anything. I have been in a few situations where people to to talk crap or mess with me probably because of my smaller stature of 5’7 155, and i really dont know how to fight if i go into it what should i expect?

Update:

the only other sport i have played is highschool football i started varsity for 3 years at corner and strong safety. I love and miss competing. so i can say i am pretty agressive. Will this help me?

Update 2:

  • It’s never to late to start training in martial arts.

Fighting though should be avoid if at all possible unless you’re fighting in organized sports such as MMA.

Knowing how to fight as others have said isn’t the same as fighting. I don’t teach perspective students who come to me to learn to fight. I train people who want to learn a martial art as part of their lifestyle.
