I have researched this extensively and concluded there is a lot of controversy and doubt when it comes to this subject. If you mean vampires from myth they are super strong, can’t enter a home without being invited in, drink blood, kill humans, run super fast, can’t touch running water, can’t touch sunlight, can’t see religious objects or touch garlic, things like that. They have so many weaknesses they aren’t even real threat so they have to hide in the dark and attack in the night probably from behind like an assassin.
