Im going to a black tie dinner and I have a beautiful royal blue dress with gold shoes. The dress is very classy and fitting for the occasion but Im not sure if the color is ok or to over the top?

Royal Blue is good, But the gold shoes might stand out a bit. What I would do is ask around to see if it’s appropriate. Not here, But in real life.
the st one while you’re under . the nd while you’re or older and function a intense high quality bust line to emphasise. they are the two appropriate and your decision of pearls is intense high quality yet i do no longer think of the low heels will bypass as nicely as a pair of dressier peep toe pumps.
The color sounds fine.
