I notice that they do not have any contact details on their website or address for use if you need to return purchases? The Returns Policy seems to say that returns are straightforward if notified within 15 days. Is full refund given 3-5 days after receipt of returned goods? Is this a local UK company? What is your experience?

I doubt if that company has any connection with the UK. I’m willing to bet they’re based in China. Personally I would avoid them!
No do not order from them. I am having terrible trouble. Paid for the express delivery and not received dress. Now there are ignoring my emails.
