a few weeks ago i was discovering my windows Ultimate i was having a look on what was new. i found bit locker i thought huh?? and i did it to my usb and it said stuff like encrypting i was like wtf… so i had a Research moment and realized that it was a big mistake. how to i remove it. i can format usb but it warns me that some programs are associated with it… if you want more details please ask…

Backup anything off the drive you need first.
Go to Control Panel – Bitlocker (while the USB drive is plugged in) and tell it to turn Bitlocker off on the USB drive and it will decrypt it. If you run into problems you may need to format the drive.
