okay… victoria secret says im a 36 D but when i bend over or sit down you can pratically see my whole boob even the sides of my nips! so i go back and they give me a 36 C and you can see a lil bit of my boobs from the sides when i bed over and sit down but not as bad, but now the band in the back feels like its riding up a lil bit and the straps arent adjusted they are as far down as they go… what size am i? its driving me CRAZYYYYYYYYYY. Oh and im on the last hook ive only had the bra a week so im not wearing it to tight by hooking it on the second or third.

ok you need to remember that the band size (32,34,36) has NOTHING to do with the size of your boobs. it only refers to how wide you are just under your boobs. so you need to get that part right. the band should be firm and go straight around your back, it must not ride up at all, you should be able to slip in two fingers at the back.
then the cup is the difference.
follow this fitting advice if you don’t think you’re getting fitted right in the shops

maybe you’re wearing the wrong STYLE bra…all bras are NOT created equal…so try on all the bras in the store…trust me, you’ll find one or 2 out of 20 or more that actually fit and feel good..and don’t just try at VS. ( I have NEVER been able to find a bra that fits and feels good there…I’m not saying they’re bad, they aren’t for everyone.)
