Im 15 years old and I was walking my girlfriend home and this old security guard is always watching me and my girl… He told us not to hop thid wall so we did.. But for 3 months now hes been fallowing and watching us through out the whole walk through the housing complex. Today he took a photo or video of me and her. is this okay for him to do or not. I would also like to know all my rights to a security guard. As in can he serch me fallow me do I have the right to not respond him. Anything and everything. Thankyou!!!

Yes he can. But if you think he is exceeding his authority contact his company.

No. Report it to the police. I mean, it’d be a whole different story if he was a policeman, but he’s a security guard, he’s not allowed to do that.
