Can a security guard take a video or photo of me?

Im 15 years old and I was walking my girlfriend home and this old security guard is always watching me and my girl… He told us not to hop thid wall so we did.. But for 3 months now hes been fallowing and watching us through out the whole walk through the housing complex. Today he took a photo or video of me and her. is this okay for him to do or not. I would also like to know all my rights to a security guard. As in can he serch me fallow me do I have the right to not respond him. Anything and everything. Thankyou!!!

“He told us not to hop thid wall so we did”, how totally rude and disrespectful, no wonder he’s always watching you. if your on property he is employed by, yes, he can do whatever. grow up kid, he’s just trying to do a job.
