add a couple drops of red food colouring to a basic cream cheese icing and go from there. If you are doing a breast cancer awareness party, use a standard sugar cookie recipe(formed into bows) and icing. If you are doing an adult, ladies only party, use the same recipe to create, shall we say, specific male parts and have fun with that. If children are involved, for some reason everyone loves a pink elephant. Cut cookies and let them decorate. Easy answer, a maraschino cherrie will turn almost anything PINK, permanently! But either way, cream cheese icing is easy and versatile. Besides sweet treats, red onion added to a tsazeki dip creates a brilliant pink colour but does not alter the taste too much. Great for pita and veggie dipping.

Get a joint of pork, cut it up into small bits, smear it with treacle (this will make the food less pink) and / or put the pork pieces in an oven dish half filled with coca cola. Roast in the oven as usual (follow the instructions on the packet – maybe a bit less long if the pork pieces are smaller) and serve hot or cold. Sounds disgusting, but the flavours actually work realy well together and everyone who comes to your party will talk about it.

This comes out of my mums special recipe book: It may serve only about 3 people, so double or triple the recipe as per your requirements;

PINK POPITTY CAKE

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 cup milk

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup shortening

2-3 drops red food colouring

2 drops vanilla essence

Sieve th flour & baking powder. Mix sugar, milk, & shortening (it should be melted/warm). Add the flour, baking powder, food coluouring, & vanilla. Pour into greased & floured individual moulds (or a big mould) & steam for 25 minutes. You can top it with sprinkes (pink, in your case) MnMs, chocolate shavings, nuts etc

PINK PUDDING

3 loaves bread

1 cup milk

1 drop vanilla

1 cup sugar

1/2 spoon pink coulouring

Dissolve the sugarin th milk, with colour & vanilla

Cut up the bread into lil pieces & add..

Steam for 20 min

Use red food coloring in Philadelphia Cream Cheese and serve on Ritz Original Crackers , an old time favorite , it was always a treat to have that served as a snack on a Friday night at home when we were kids.

A huge bowl of pink red and white jelly beans- Jelly Belly do loads of flavours in these sorts of colours. And a bowl of marshmallows, foam shrimps, strawberry skulls and percy pigs. If you want something healthy, then you could make a fruit salad with blood orange, pomegranate seeds, grapes, raspberries and strawberries. And, you could make a pink marble cake- use a standard sponge recipe, add red/pink food colouring to half the mixture then lightly swirl together in the baking tin. Decorate with pink buttercream flavoured with strawberry and coloured pink.

Sloe gin and lemonade is a nice easy pink drink, or rose wine and pink champagne (obviously!) and cinnamon aftershock is kind of pinkish. You could make strawberry or raspberry or rhubarb jelly too. Or, you could put pink things (marshmallows, strawberries, cherries) on skewers and pour chocolate over them (you can colour white chocolate with red colouring). I want to come!

-Mix a red jelly with cream cheese for a dip. Works w/ bagels, crackers, grahams, just about anything.

-Make a strawberry or fruit dip and put food coloring in it to make it pink.

I would go with the fruit dip that has *i think* cream cheese, and marshmallow cream, and possible whip cream.

-Maybe virgin (or not) strawberry daquiris. I don’t know if they would be pink enough.

-I like all the ideas of cookies, cakes, etc w/ pink frosting. Sounds easy.

-Pink marshmallows.

-Pink cheesecake?! I think you could use foodcoloring for that, too. Or just swirl rasberry or strawberry syrup through it.

Strawberries served in pink champagne. Very classy. Have pink rose petals everwhere. Have goody bags filled with pink lipgloss,pink bubblegum, and sweet pink tipped cigarettes.
