Can I loose some extra fat in a month and a half?

I’m going to a field trip in month and a half to a water park. I really need to loose some extra fat in my legs butt and stomach. I have a not fat body but it is a little larger in the areas in need to workout. How long will it take until I see changes?

    Yes you can only if you work out harder. In my case I lose some of my fats in just one month. Try to workout everyday and have a rest day for like once a week. I workout morning and evening thrice a week and only every morning thrice in a week too. For your legs try cardio like running for like 30 minutes, squats (also for butts), lunges (for butts too) and jumping jacks. For the butt try to do jump squats and hip raise aside from squats and lunges and for the stomach try crunches, sit ups, and plank. Also don’t eat unhealthy foods. You can have a treat to yourself but I have mine only once a month. Drink a lot of water and have enough rest. Don’t forget to stretch before working out. I hope it helped. Have a nice day! 🙂
