Im trying to get a part of my hair really blonde/white. I would like to know if i can mix.this two prpducts to get it.lighter.

I wouldn’t. What I did was bleach it once and use the Wella toner. Then, I used Manic Panic purple dye (the dark one, not the lavender) with lots of conditioner. When I washed it out, it was white blonde. My hair was a dark cinnamon brown to begin with.
