Behind the ticket its written attendants are requested not to bring mobile, pager, battery e.t.c. but they allow ipods and mobile phone without questioning. I ain’t sure about food and water but variety of food stuff is available inside each stand such as veg and non-veg dinner plate , ice-cream, cold-drink , chole bhature, chow mien e.t.c. but they are at higher prices normally double or 75% increased prices. you can refresh yourself in bathrooms nearby. I also pictured and recorded the scenes in front of police.. no objections raised in Delhi’s Feroz Shah Kotla.
