Can peer mediation become a possible solution to ending bullying in Schools?

This is for something my school is doing. I am also a junior at columbus international high school and what were doing is a capstone project and this is my inquiry question. So, i’m looking for opinions. Thanks

it can’t. bullies do not care about their peers.

Mediation works only if both parties are willing to sit down and work out their differences amicably.
