About a week ago…talking about seeing my deceased sister in my room…well I saw her again yesterday. She was sitting at the table…staring down at it…I tried to say hello…but I I was afraid I might scare her. So I just sat down on ther other side of the table and waited. After about 10/15 minutes she looked up at me and said “Help me…I don’t know what to do” I asked her what she meant. She was about to say something but then she disapeard. I don’t know what to do can anyone help me…?

In the meantime, if it happens again, try to communicate with her more. Talk with her.
Most ghosts are confused…. IE they when given the chance to move on a piece of them chose to stay behind as a ghost… often times this reason is hard embeded IE I must tell so in so i love them etc… sometimes its confusing IE They stayed to watch over there loved ones… but then after they stayed they soon find out what are they watching overthem from? its very boring as a ghost nothing to do other ghosts dont talk to you much.. and they can see and hear you but you cant see or hear them unless they use alot of stored energy to do so and it take a long time to build up that energy so its in spurts… the help me is very indictive… about the best you can do is tell her you and the family are all ok and good and she can move on… IE have a meal her favorite get everyone you can over for it tell the best memory you have of her,,, then simply tell her you are safe everyone is safe she can move on and be happy…. ift this is where the help me come rfrom once her mind is at ease she will move on with the rest of her energy thats already passed on.
