I work out everyday in the morning so I get all sweaty and my hair feels like it stinks and needs to be washed so I condition it everyday and shampoo it every – days. So is it ok that I condition it everyday ?

Of course you can condition it everyday, but its not advisable.
You can clean it everyday, shower clean it. Massage your scalp in the shower after the work out. But i don’t think you should condition it everyday. Twice or thrice a week is fine. Wash your hair twice or thrice a week not more than that.
Some extra tips for beautiful, healthy hair-
* Lots of water everyday (- glasses)
* Lots of fruits and veggies
* Oiling it before washing can do wonders.
* Oiling/ deep condition it twice a week. Coconut hair oil (virgin) is preferable. But whatever sutis you.
I condition my hair every time I take a shower and people always comment on how pretty my hair is…so I would say yes!!!!

Yeah use a conditioner without any harsh chemicals your hair will dry out otherwise.
You can but be careful because it can damage your hair.
