College facts? OHIO RESIDENTS AND MUSICIANS IN COLLEGE I COULD USE YOUR HELP!!!! AND OTHERS! HI-SCHOOLstudents?

I am writing a book about a college girl (PLEASE don’t criticize me, I know that someone will want to, so please just keep it to yourself, because I am turning 14, and I know, it might be a ‘you-have-to-do-it-thing, but I need facts.) who is 19 years old and a cellist for the Ohio State orchestra. She has a major in Music theory and Appreciation and a minor in Photography, and her other minor is Engineering. That is my first question; how will that work? Is it even possible? I only want her in college for her Masters degree, and prefferably 4 years. How will her schedule work?
What can you do to dorms?
What do you need for college?
Can she and her roommate take a turtle each and put it in an aquarium and walk it everyday on a
leash? (Sounds strange, but my turtle acts like a human/dog, so I am basing the turtles off of my
real one)
Ohio residents only: Great places to go? Lakes? Places for young couples to hang out?
Supplies needed for college?
What type of math does it teach/require?
What days can Kim (my character) have off?
Can you practice an instrument with a mute on around midnight in a dorm?
What is a college science course like?
What is a college Language Arts course like?
What is a photography course like?
Proms/dances?
Ohio State students: Student life? Or what happens? Class locations, and how you get there?
AS MANY FACTS AS YOU CAN PRESENT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Thanks!

  • To answer part of your question, engineering minors are offered at few universities. You will need to check the OSU website.

A bachelor’s degree takes four years and a master’s degree usually takes two more years after that.

Revise your outline and good luck with your project.
