So my cousin who is 18 found a credit
card on the ground and bought $40 of gas with it. He says the cameras didn’t see him pump the gas but they did get a shot of him pulling out he thinks. He has a
clean record so this is his first offense. Is it likely he will be caught? And if so what is
he facing? Thanks for the help

IF it gets reported to police, he’ll get caught, yes. They have the whole area of the gas station covered, so if he thinks they didn’t see him pumping gas, they did. If the person reporting wants to press charges, he’ll likely get probation as a first time offender.
Source(s): No matter how many times you ask, he’s still going to get caught if it’s reported to the police, and the gas station still has him on camera.
